HR Talent Acquisition Executive (1+ Year Exp) - Evening Shift

Experienced HR Recruiter Wanted | Evening Shift | Gulistan-e-Johar

ABS International is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead our recruitment drives. STOP: This is NOT a fresher role. This is not for "Interns." We need a Recruitment Specialist who has spent at least 1 Year hiring for International BPO/Sales campaigns.

You must be a "People Person" with exceptional communication skills who can spot top talent in a 2-minute phone call.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring for Sales & Support roles.
• Sourcing: You don't wait for CVs. You hunt them on LinkedIn and Facebook Groups.
• Screening: Conduct high-quality phone interviews. If you can't speak fluent English, you can't test candidates.
• Closing: Negotiate salaries and release offer letters.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 1+ Year in BPO Recruitment (Must know how to hire for US Campaigns).
• English: Native/Neutral Accent is mandatory. (O/A Levels background preferred).
• Tech: Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and Google Sheets.
• Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi.
