THE ROLE


As a Talent & Learning Advisor, you’ll implement or perform a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks for the learning & talent development team. Often handle sensitive employee and company information, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.



OPPORTUNITIES

  • Handle queries from internal stakeholders and suppliers on HR policies/procedures.
  • Support talent development initiatives (mentoring, coaching, assessments, leadership programs, and skills mapping).
  • Maintain HR data accuracy in HRIS systems.
  • Assist with HR data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting.
  • Support HR budget management (supplier onboarding, purchase orders, invoice monitoring).
  • Contribute to personal capability building with emphasis on digital tools and AI.


SKILLS

  • 3+ Years of Relevant Experience.
  • Prior HR experience is preferred.
  • Exposure to HR data/insights for decision-making.
  • Proficiency in learning technologies and analytics tools.
  • Curious, creative, and a strong team player.
  • Strong verbal communication.
  • HR data management & reporting.
  • Information management & HR systems proficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends.
