Job Summary
The HR Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily HR operations, guiding the HR team, and ensuring smooth execution of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance activities. This role acts as a bridge between HR management and staff, supporting strategic initiatives while overseeing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the HR team to ensure efficient workflow and high performance.
- Assign and monitor daily tasks and priorities.
- Provide training and support to team members on HR processes and tools.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
3. Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and issues.
- Support conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.
4. Performance Management
- Assist in implementation of performance review cycles.
- Ensure consistent application of appraisal policies and processes.
- Support managers in goal setting and performance discussions.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Monitor HR documentation, records, and data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and company standards.
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave administration.
6. Policy & Process Improvement
- Recommend updates to HR policies and procedures.
- Support the development of new HR initiatives and programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare periodic reports.
RequirementsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–7 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
Skills & Competencies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
