About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, statutory compliance, and payroll management. This role involves supporting the complete employee lifecycle along with daily HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Statutory Compliance & Employee Benefits

• Manage PF & ESI registration, monthly filings, and employee-related statutory queries.
• Ensure 100% statutory compliance and update all mandatory HR records regularly.

2. Payroll & Attendance

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance checking, leave updates, deductions, and monthly salary inputs.
• Maintain accurate attendance and leave data and coordinate updates in the HRMS.

3. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Coordinate onboarding and induction, collect documentation, and create employee files.
• Handle the exit process including resignation acceptance, full & final clearance, and final documentation.

4. Training & Development

• Support and schedule training programs, track participation, and maintain complete training documentation.

5. Recruitment

End-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Manage job postings, coordinate with hiring managers, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Support employer branding initiatives and ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires."

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, labour laws, payroll, and core HR operations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (preferred).
• 0–1years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
