HR (US Operations)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle onshore onboarding and orientation process
• Update employee information and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct training for onsite employees.
• Respond to employee queries regarding policies, payroll inputs, and benefits.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with US HR requirements.
• Assist in other HR tasks as required

Requirements

• Any graduate degree - Mandatory
• 5 to 7 years of experience in US/UK HR shared services and operations - Mandatory
• Strong English communication, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Willing to work in night shifts, 5 days a week
• Only Immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum or near by locations will be considered.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
