Job Overview

We are hiring an HR/IR Executive to manage Time Office operations, Contract Labour, Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliance, and Manpower Planning. This role requires strong knowledge of labour laws and good technological proficiency.

Key Responsibilities1. Time Office Management

  • Manage attendance, overtime, leaves, and shift schedules.
  • Verify attendance for payroll processing.
  • Monitor manpower retention, attrition & absenteeism.
  • Maintain In & Out Punch system and resolve discrepancies.

2. Contract Labour Management

  • Handle contract labour deployment as per CLR regulations.
  • Maintain contractor documentation and perform compliance audits.
  • Coordinate with contractors for workforce-related issues.

3. Manpower Planning

  • Analyze workforce requirements and optimize manpower planning.
  • Track absenteeism, productivity, and staffing levels.
  • Prepare manpower utilization reports.

4. Conflict Resolution

  • Identify and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Mediate disputes and implement conflict-resolution strategies.

5. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act.
  • Prepare statutory reports and support internal/external audits.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory returns.

6. Industrial Relations

  • Maintain positive employee–management relations.
  • Support grievance handling & disciplinary procedures.
  • Coordinate union interactions when required.

7. Technology Skills

  • Experience with HRMS, CLRMS, CMS, VMS & headcount management tools.
  • Strong Excel, MS Office, SAP & MIS reporting skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / IR / MSW / BBA.
  • Master’s degree or certification in Labour Laws (preferred).
  • 3–5 years’ experience in IR, Statutory Compliance, Time Office & Contract Labour Management.
  • Strong communication, documentation & negotiation skills.

Salary

Competitive & based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
