Department: Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE)

Location: – GOA

Key Responsibilities -

1.Safety Practices & Compliance:

· Ensure RO operations adhere to all safety aspects and practices as defined in the contractual HSSE requirements.

· Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., PNGRB standards) and internal policies.

2.Training & Competency

· Develop and deliver periodic safe‑operation training sessions for RO staff.

· Assess training effectiveness and refresh content to address evolving risks or incidents.

3.Communication & Reporting

· Communicate clearly in the local language and in English, using email, WhatsApp, and other tools to share HSSE updates at regular intervals.

· Prepare and submit timely safety reports, incident logs, and training records.

4.Site Inspections & Preventive Checks

· Undertake extensive travelling to all RO locations for scheduled preventive maintenance checks and HSSE audits.

· Identify hazards, track corrective actions, and verify their closure.

5.Emergency Preparedness

· Conduct mock drills (fire, spill, medical emergency) as per PNGRB‑mandated periodicity and format.

· Review and update the Emergency Response and Disaster Management Plan (ERDMP) for each RO site.

6.ERDMP & Dealer/Staff Training

· Maintain and distribute ERDMP documentation at all RO locations.

· Train dealers and on‑site staff in emergency response procedures and use of safety equipment.

7.Collaboration & Best‑Practice Sharing

· Align with HSSE teams across other regions or plants to share lessons learned and best practices.

· Participate in periodic HSSE forums or workshops to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

· Education:
– bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental) or equivalent.
– HSSE certifications (NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent) preferred.

· Technical Skills:
– Strong understanding of LOTO, permit‑to‑work systems, and PPE management.
– Proficient in PNGRB regulations and emergency response planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
