Job Title: HSE Manager – Catering Industry

Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager with a strong background in catering and food service operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing HSE systems, conducting inspections and audits, and ensuring full compliance with local UAE regulations and international food safety and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with company objectives and UAE regulatory requirements.


Oversee food safety management systems (HACCP, ISO 22000) and ensure effective implementation across all catering operations.


Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and occupational safety standards.


Lead and manage incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).


Monitor and evaluate quality control procedures to ensure food products and services meet company and regulatory standards.


Drive continuous improvement initiatives in HSE and Quality Management Systems (QMS).


Provide training, coaching, and awareness sessions to staff on HSE, food safety, and hygiene practices.


Collaborate with operations, quality assurance, and project management teams to integrate HSE principles into all catering projects.
