Job Description:
As an HSE Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies, SOPs, and procedures.
- Conducting regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance with local laws, standards, and industry best practices.
- Investigating incidents and preparing detailed reports with corrective and preventive action plans.
- Conducting training sessions and workshops to improve safety awareness among staff.
- Monitoring workplace conditions and ensuring proper use of PPE.
- Leading emergency response planning and ensuring readiness for critical situations.
- Maintaining HSE documentation, records, and compliance reports.
- Coordinating with management to drive a proactive safety culture across the organization.
Required Skills:
