Job Description:

As an HSE Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies, SOPs, and procedures.
  • Conducting regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance with local laws, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Investigating incidents and preparing detailed reports with corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops to improve safety awareness among staff.
  • Monitoring workplace conditions and ensuring proper use of PPE.
  • Leading emergency response planning and ensuring readiness for critical situations.
  • Maintaining HSE documentation, records, and compliance reports.
  • Coordinating with management to drive a proactive safety culture across the organization.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent risk assessment and hazard identification skills
  • Strong communication & reporting abilities
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Ability to conduct training and awareness sessions effectively

  • Incident investigation & root cause analysis expertise
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HSE management software (preferred)
