We are currently hiring a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager with a strong background in the Aluminium and Facade industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, implementing HSE policies, and fostering a culture of safety on-site and across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures specific to Aluminium & Facade works.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Provide HSE training and awareness programs to all levels of staff.
• Collaborate with project and site managers to embed safety in all aspects of operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field.
• NEBOSH/IOSH certification (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5-10 years of HSE experience in Aluminium & Facade works.
• Proven knowledge of construction HSE practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
