Job Title: HSE Officer

Location: Khavda, Gujarat

Project Duration: 1 Year
Experience: 3-5 years of experience

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (compulsory )
• ADIS/ PDIS (compulsory )

Requirements :

• Proven field experience in the following areas: WAH, LOTO, scaffolding, electrical safety, confined space, earth pits, JSA, HIRA, lifting & rigging, SLW, and harness usage.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and enforce safety without compromising project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits in line with project HSE plans and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Work at Height (WAH) protocols, including fall protection and scaffolding safety.
• Oversee Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) implementation for energy isolation during equipment servicing.
• Ensure safety measures are in place for confined space entries and associated rescue procedures.
• Monitor and inspect the installation and integrity of scaffolding systems.
• Implement and enforce electrical safety standards during construction and maintenance activities.
• Supervise the inspection and maintenance of earth pits and grounding systems.
• Prepare and review Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) for critical activities.
• Ensure compliance with lifting and rigging practices, including inspection of lifting tools and tackles.
• Verify and enforce Safe Lifting Work (SLW) procedures.
• Inspect and ensure the proper use, certification, and maintenance of harnesses and fall protection equipment.
• Prepare HSE reports and participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors to ensure all work complies with applicable HSE regulations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,800.00 per month
