Ensure compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures.

Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.

Organize HSE training and awareness programs for employees.

Maintain HSE records and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.

Minimum 4+ years of experience in the precast/construction industry.
