HSE Supervisor – Nabisar Water Reservoir Project

We are looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Supervisor for our Water Reservoir (O&M) Project.

Position: HSE Supervisor
Project: Water Reservoir (Operations & Maintenance)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor site safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
• Report incidents, near misses, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Provide safety training and awareness sessions to site staff.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and safety drills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in water reservoir, O&M, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Certification in NEBOSH/OSHA/IOSH will be preferred.
