We are looking for an individual with sharp design thinking, Ops execution, Program management skills and orientation toward data driven decision making for optimizing and innovating in the Last Mile supply chain function for Landmark E-commerce function. The role will involve close collaboration with all Landmark brands / concepts, warehouse, line haul, last mile and other teams to ensure that the infrastructure, manpower planning, processes, systems are always in place as we walk through the steep scale up for E-commerce business.

Responsibilities- Last Mile Operations

  • Monitor daily hub and delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Track and analyze driver KPIs – including productivity, quality, NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports), and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with POD (Proof of Delivery), COD (Cash on Delivery), and scanning procedures.
  • Conduct driver training, safety briefings, and regular SOP refreshers.
  • Handle customer escalations, route challenges, and real-time on-ground issues.
  • Plan zoning, routing, and optimal delivery schedules for efficiency.
  • Supervise shift staff, casual workers, and helpers within the last mile warehouse

  • Maintain and analyze MIS reports on pickups, deliveries, and transit status.
  • Drive process improvements to optimize cost, time, and delivery quality.
  • Foster a culture of ownership and accountability among the operations team.
  • Ensure compliance with KPIs and internal SOPs across first and last mile functions
