About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Analyst with excellent Excel knowledge and experience in Performance Management Systems (PMS). The HR Analyst will be responsible for analysing HR data, creating detailed reports, and providing insights to improve HR processes. This role will play a crucial part in our performance management processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting various HR initiatives.

Job Description:-

● Collect, compile, and analyse HR data from various sources including employee records, payroll outputs, management, and employee surveys.

● Create and maintain HR dashboards and metrics using advanced Excel functions and data visualisation tools. Generate detailed reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, headcount, recruitment metrics, and performance evaluation results.

● Manage and maintain the Performance Management System (PMS) to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of performance appraisal processes. Analyse performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

● Provide training and support to managers and employees on the performance management process and system usage.

● Support the development and implementation of HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

● Conduct regular audits of HR data and processes to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
