  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into HR initiatives that drive business results, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle for assigned business units, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and local labor laws in Dubai, ensuring compliance and mitigating potential risks.
  • Lead and facilitate talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates, specifically for manufacturing roles.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, focusing on manufacturing-specific needs.
  • Conduct performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans, to drive employee performance.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, provide insights, and make recommendations for improvement in areas such as attrition and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive packages and compliance with local regulations.
  • Act as a change agent, supporting organizational changes and initiatives, and effectively communicating changes to employees.
