Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Take full ownership and accountability for closing assigned positions within the defined timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial HR screening to assess communication skills, experience, and job fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure smooth recruitment flow.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment activities in the database.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process to avoid dropouts.
- Handle offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and recruitment standards.
