Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Take full ownership and accountability for closing assigned positions within the defined timelines.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial HR screening to assess communication skills, experience, and job fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure smooth recruitment flow.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment activities in the database.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process to avoid dropouts.
  • Handle offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.
  • Manage time effectively to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet recruitment targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and recruitment standards.

Required Skills:

  • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good ownership, accountability, and task completion ability.
  • Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
