Inboon Media is a growing digital media and creative agency based in Kochi. We specialize in branding, social media management, advertising, and digital marketing solutions. We are looking for a responsible and proactive Human Resources Executive to strengthen our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding

- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation

- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related notices

- Support monthly payroll processing and maintain salary data

- Address employee queries and assist with grievance handling

- Coordinate employee engagement activities and performance review processes

- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed

- Assist in coordinating training programs, meetings, and internal communication

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of HR operations, hiring, and documentation

- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
