We are now expanding our HR team and seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Human Resources Executive to help us attract the best talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment: Handle end-to-end hiring—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.
• Proactive talent sourcing: Use innovative sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals) to target qualified active and passive candidates.
• Candidate assessment: Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate skills, attitude, and cultural alignment.
• Employer branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Trigency360 as an employer of choice.
• Policy support: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with company goals and labor regulations.
• Hiring reports: Maintain recruitment dashboards, updates, and reports for management review.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (Digital Marketing or Advertising background preferred).
• Strong understanding of modern hiring practices, sourcing tools, and ATS workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and genuine interest in HR and recruitment.
