Job Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and helping maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll, benefits, and leave administration
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues
• Coordinate training sessions and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Foster a positive and inclusive company culture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresher/6 months + years of HR experience (adjust based on your needs)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HR software
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
