Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure attendance accuracy.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and basic HR counseling.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR standards.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • X+ years of HR experience (experience requirements can be adjusted).
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor regulations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
