Ajivasan Music Academy offers varied Music Appreciation Courses for children, adults and youth. Thoughtfully curated affiliation programs of Ajivasan, works for all the institutions; be it a school, corporate or residential colony.

Ajivasan aims at spreading music education with practical and scientific method which widens Individual's ability to use his/her potential to 100%. Legacy of 85 years; we've been training aspiring artists and helping them understand this art, with scientific and practical training for past 90 years.

Ajivasan Trust is a foundation for providing cost free or minimal cost music education to students with extraordinary caliber. It also supports musicians in producing their work and popularizing the music that they create. It is a continuous effort and endeavour to keep the tradition of music alive in the hearts and mind of potential singers and musicians.

Today, the institute trains about 900 students in Hindustani Vocals, Instrumental as well as in popular classical dance forms like Kathak and Bharatnatyam.

Ajivasan Sound Studio provides services of live sound setup, audio and video production, streaming services.

Job Location:

Job Responsibilities:

• Employee and Teachers joining and exit process / formalities

Orientation process for new joiners to be planned and executed (including software training for all teachers and staff)

• Provide Experience letters to teachers and staff, as and when requested.
• ⁠Recruitment
• Meet college placement teams (Colleges between Bandra – Andheri) and plan hiring as and when needed for recruitment.
• Monthly attendance mapping of ancillary staff (peon, watchmen, driver, etc.
• Maintain teachers and staff birthday calendar
• Birthday mailer to staff / teachers and daily and month end reminders to Management team
• Regular call audits of Business Development and Help Desk teams.

Follow ups (messages/emails) for studio payment outstanding (No calls)

Minimum Qualification:

HR Graduation

Additional Qualification:

• Willing to travel for meetings in and around Mumbai for campus placements
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
