Position: HR Executive

Location: Office Number 214, Tower B, The iThum Towers, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301
Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary

The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
  • Prepare job descriptions and post job openings on relevant platforms.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
  • Maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases.

Onboarding & Induction

  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
  • Conduct employee induction programs.
  • Ensure smooth joining formalities and orient new hires to company culture and policies.

HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and shift schedules.
  • Prepare monthly reports related to HR metrics and employee data.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Support employee engagement initiatives such as events, celebrations, and wellness activities.
  • Assist in resolving employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and exit interviews.

Performance Management

  • Support annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles.
  • Coordinate goal-setting and performance evaluation activities with team leads and managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 0–1 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment tools, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.

Salary Range

  • As per candidate experience.
