Role: HR Recruiter (Fresher)

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers who are passionate about starting a career in Human Resources & IT Recruitment. You will be trained on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and social platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Support recruitment drives and internal hiring initiatives
• Learn and work on different ATS tools

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask
• Basic understanding of IT roles (added advantage)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in HR

Education

• Any graduate/postgraduate
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
