Reports to: Manager – Human Resources

Position Summary: As a Consultant working in Human Resources function, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in Recruitment of various positions in Akanksha right from sourcing to hiring from varied sources.

Overview of the Team:

The HR team at Akanksha partners both with school teams and with Central support functions, to provide high quality HR support in achieving the organization’s mission and objectives.

The HR team is responsible for effective recruitment, performance management and development and employee engagement at Akanksha, and ensures that organizational policies are adhered to at all levels.

What your role will entail:

• Support in implementing recruitment strategy and drive the recruitment and selection process right from sourcing to hiring
• Create a database of candidates and pipeline for potential candidates
• Maintaining various Recruitment dashboards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
