1. Learning & Development Strategy

 Develop and implement the annual L&D roadmap aligned with business goals.

 Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using PMS data, departmental inputs, and skill assessments.

 Build competency frameworks and development paths for employees at all levels.

 Manage the L&D budget and measure ROI of learning initiatives.

2. Training Design & Delivery

 Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs (classroom, virtual, blended).

 Create engaging learning content, e-learning modules, and development toolkits.

 Manage vendors, external trainers, and LMS providers.

 Oversee the onboarding and continuous learning programs.

3. Performance Management System (PMS)

 Oversee the end-to-end PMS cycle: goal setting, reviews, appraisals, and calibrations.

 Train managers and employees on PMS tools, KPIs, OKRs, and feedback mechanisms.

 Ensure PMS compliance, data accuracy, and timely completion across departments.

 Analyses performance data to identify gaps and recommend development interventions.

4. Talent Development & Engagement

 Design programs for high-potential employees and future leaders.

 Lead initiatives for culture building, employee engagement, and behavioural development.

 Facilitate coaching/mentoring sessions and employee development planning.

 Monitor learning impact through surveys, analytics, and performance outcomes.

Required Skills & Competencies

 Strong knowledge of adult learning principles & instructional design

 Excellent facilitation and presentation skills

 Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools

 Strong project management & organizational skills

 Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics & dashboards

 Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace (PPT, Excel, reports)

 Strong stakeholder and relationship management

 Performance Management Systems (KPIs, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard)

 Competency development and mapping

 Training needs analysis and program evaluation (Kirkpatrick model)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
