Human Resource Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our US HR team in managing day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, cross-border HR environment. The role will also include supporting selected HR tasks for our Pakistan operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the US HR team in day-to-day HR operations, documentation, and processes.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file management.
• Coordinate communication between employees and HR for timely task resolution.
• Maintain HR databases and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare reports, letters, and basic HR documentation as needed.
• Assist in payroll inputs, attendance updates, and compliance-related tasks.
• Provide support in recruitment activities such as screening and coordinating interviews.
• Handle assigned HR tasks for Pakistan operations as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BBA or MBA with a major in Human Resources.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of HR experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on Eastern Time (US Shift).
• Good command of MS Office and HR documentation practices.
• Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
