Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (5–10 years) who has strong exposure to:
- EdTech Business Development hiring
- Mid–senior level hiring
- Coach hiring & evaluation
- Campus hiring from sports and PE colleges
- Operations & venue staffing
This role is critical for scaling growth from 50 centres to 500+.
Key Responsibilities
- EdTech Sales Hiring (Mandatory Experience)
- Source and hire top-performing BD talent from EdTech companies (Extra Marks , LEAD, Vedantu, Toppr, Cuemath, PW, Teachmint, BYJU’S etc.)
- Build solid pipelines for target-driven sales roles.
- Conduct competency-based interviews with structured evaluation.
- Sports Coaches Hiring (High Volume & Quality)
- Hire coaches across sports: Badminton, Cricket, Football, Skating, Basketball, etc.
- Coordinate with technical leads for skill assessment.
- Build and maintain a strong national database of sports coaches.
- Drive quality + reliability in every hire.
- Campus Hiring & Institutional Partnerships
- Identify and partner with:
- Sports colleges
- B.PEd / M.PEd departments
- Training academies
- Conduct:
- Campus recruitment drives
- Assessment days
- Demonstration sessions
- Build long-term, scalable campus pipelines for junior coaches.
- Hiring for Operations & Management Roles
- Venue Managers
- Operations Executives
- Area Managers / Cluster Leads
- Central Operations roles
- Ensure strong evaluation of ownership, reliability, and problem-solving ability.
- Leadership & Process Excellence
- Work directly with founders and business heads for manpower planning.
- Design hiring strategies for city expansion & new centre launches.
- Standardize interview rubrics, assessments, and TA dashboards.
- Reduce time-to-hire while improving quality-of-hire.
- Build and manage a small TA team as expansion grows.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Mandatory experience in EdTech hiring, especially BD roles.
- Exposure to high-volume hiring + mid-level hiring.
- Experience with campus hiring strongly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitasking, and rapid scaling.
- Proficiency with ATS tools, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
- Passion for sports / education is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹720,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
