Here’s What You’ll Get Up To:

  • Recruitment & Employee Records: Keep our HR operations smooth by managing records, helping with hiring, and keeping files up to date.
  • Team Support & Employee Liaison: Answer employee questions, help with benefits, and ensure everyone feels connected and informed.
  • HR Systems & Data: Get hands-on with our HR systems—track attendance, run reports, and ensure everything is accurate.
  • Payroll & Perks: Assist with payroll entries, coordinate attendance, and celebrate our team by managing recognition programs!

Skills & Qualifications

  • AA degree from two-year college; or three years of related Human Resource or Office Management experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is imperative
  • Human Resource Assistant activities are expected to be carried out with minor supervision
  • Must be able to multi-task, planning several events simultaneously
  • Ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders is essential
  • Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
