We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Human Resources Assistant
to support the day-to-day HR operations and ensure a smooth employee experience across the organization. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR coordination, and administrative tasks, playing a key role in maintaining an efficient and organized HR function.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.

Support the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all documentation and systems are up to date.

Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases.

Assist with payroll coordination by preparing timesheets, leave reports, and necessary documentation.

Help administer employee benefits, visas, contracts, and HR-related paperwork.

Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support to staff and management.

Prepare HR reports, letters, and communication materials as required.

Support HR projects, staff engagement initiatives, and policy implementation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum
1–2 years of experience
in an HR or administrative role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems or databases.
