We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support the day-to-day HR operations and ensure a smooth employee experience across the organization. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR coordination, and administrative tasks, playing a key role in maintaining an efficient and organized HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all documentation and systems are up to date.
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll coordination by preparing timesheets, leave reports, and necessary documentation.
- Help administer employee benefits, visas, contracts, and HR-related paperwork.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support to staff and management.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and communication materials as required.
- Support HR projects, staff engagement initiatives, and policy implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems or databases.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
