Summary:
Provides support in all areas of Human Resources, including recruiting, onboarding, employment record maintenance, benefit processing, employee life-cycle changes, and terminations. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a strong ability to multi-task and adjust in a fast-paced environment. Works under immediate supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively administer HRIS (ADP), including onboarding tasks and employee life-cycle changes.
- Administer benefit enrollments and terminations for various plans, including health, HSA, dental, vision, life, AD&D, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and 401(k).
- Maintain confidential employee records and files (physical and digital) in compliance with all internal policies and legal regulations.
- Basic ADP reporting and report maintenance.
- Own the onboarding process for all new hires, including preparing materials, ensuring paperwork completion, and delivering the New Hire Orientation program.
- Provide recruitment support, including creating job postings on various platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn), managing the applicant tracking system, and conducting initial resume screening for qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with the Training Applications team to coordinate and support employee development initiatives.
- Execute the offboarding process for terminating employees, including processing final paperwork and conducting exit interviews to gather critical employee retention data.
- Support and coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs to foster a positive and productive company culture.
- Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelors in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
- Experience in a professional office environment.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in a Human Resources role.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and intermediate+ Excel skills).
- Prior experience working with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Previous experience with ADP is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours a week.
Schedule: 8:15am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
Location: Fairview Park, OH.
Work Status: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote).
