Human Resources Business Partner (Bilingual English/Spanish) – Scottsdale, AZ

Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support a large field-based and blue-collar workforce across the mid-west and west coast!

The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to operations leaders, driving employee relations, talent strategies, compliance, and HR processes that support a distributed workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Support field leaders and frontline employees with HR guidance, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
• Oversee talent acquisition support, onboarding/offboarding, and internal mobility processes.
• Manage LOA administration, benefits inquiries, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Lead investigations, resolve complex employee relations matters, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with leaders on performance coaching, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Monitor HR trends and recommend solutions to improve engagement, retention, and culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual English/Spanish required .
• HRBP experience supporting field, operations, or blue-collar employees required.
• Strong experience handling employee relations, investigations, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in the Scottsdale, AZ office and travel up to 30%.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; SHRM-CP/SCP a plus.
