We integrate advanced diagnostics, performance medicine, regenerative therapies, and wellness optimization under one roof. Our patient-first philosophy drives everything we do from our clinical approach to the way we operate behind the scenes.
Our organization is fast-growing and dynamic, with high clinical and operational standards that set a new benchmark for the industry. Every team member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care, and the infrastructure that supports our people is just as essential as the care we provide.
Your communication skills, operational expertise, and attention to detail directly support our mission. The way we guide, inform, and empower our teams is part of the medicine and your role is critical to delivering that experience.
Position Summary
The HR & Compliance Liaison is a foundational role responsible for building and stabilizing the HR infrastructure across a rapidly expanding, multi-site medical organization. As the primary point of contact for all HR and compliance functions, you will step into an environment where many processes, policies, and systems are still being developed. You will be instrumental in bringing clarity, structure, and consistency to an organization undergoing active growth and transformation.
This is not a traditional, plug-and-play HR position. The ideal candidate thrives in evolving environments, excels at creating order from ambiguity, and is comfortable architecting HR processes from the ground up. You will partner closely with executive leadership, clinical teams, and site managers to drive HR operations, compliance, talent acquisition, payroll support, and organizational development.
Your expertise will shape our workforce, improve efficiency, reduce risk, and elevate the employee experience directly impacting our ability to deliver exceptional patient care at scale.
