Duties

  • Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding processes such as employee orientation and training programs.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and leave policies like FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act).
  • Maintain accurate HR data entry across systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, and ADP; ensure data collection is precise for reporting and compliance purposes.
  • Support employee relations initiatives by assisting with conflict management, performance evaluations, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in compliance with employment & labor law regulations and OSHA standards; prepare documentation for audits and legal inquiries.
  • Contribute to change management projects by supporting organizational design efforts, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Manage HR sourcing activities through social media management, HRIS (Human Resources Information System) updates, and administrative support to streamline HR operations.

Experience

  • Proven experience in human resources management or coordination roles with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or comparable systems like UltiPro or PeopleSoft.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations including FMLA, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management with skills in organizational design, training & development programs, and performance management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally; experience in conflict management is preferred.
  • Prior experience with benefits administration tools like Paychex or Paylocity is advantageous.
  • Administrative experience involving data entry, contracts management, and social media engagement for recruiting purposes. Embark on this exciting journey with us! Pay: $23.99 - $28.89 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 per week
