Key Responsibilities

Process new hires in Workday, including data entry, document collection, and system updates to ensure accurate employee records.

Submit background checks and coordinate reference verifications for candidates, following up to resolve any issues promptly.

Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics for hiring managers and candidates.

Support orientation and onboarding tasks, such as preparing welcome packets, scheduling sessions, and guiding new hires through their first week.

Maintain recruitment tracking, update applicant status, and assist with compliance reporting as needed.

Collaborate with the HR team on ad-hoc projects, such as job postings and candidate sourcing.
Qualifications

Experience:
Entry-level or 0-1 year in HR/recruiting; familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS a plus.

Recent Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; current students welcome if available for full-time hours.
