China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting HR Officer to join at the company Head Office in Dubai.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute manpower planning and forecasting strategies to ensure alignment with project timelines and workforce needs.

Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that both headquarters and site operations are staffed with skilled and qualified personnel timely.

Establish robust communication channels between the headquarters and various project sites to streamline recruitment processes and workforce management.

Design targeted talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent within the construction sector across the UAE.

Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from job posting and interviewing to hiring and onboarding, ensuring efficiency and compliance with UAE labor regulations.

Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing techniques, focusing on both immediate needs and long-term strategic growth.

Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve staffing strategies and outcomes.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws and ensure all recruitment practices are compliant.

Collect employment and other personal documents for visa application process.

Coordinate with PR Dept & Typing Centers for processing of Entry Permit, Labor Contract, Visa and Emirates ID, etc..
Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in HR/Administration

5 years of relevant work experience
