  • Provide first-line support for HR processes, general HR administration, and low-risk employee relations queries.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: posting vacancies, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, sharing feedback, and tracking all recruitment stages.
  • Coordinate visa-related processes including visa applications/renewals, labour cards, Emirates ID processing, document collection, labour contract formalities, insurance cards, and visa stamping.
  • Manage the complete employee onboarding process ensuring a smooth joining experience.
  • Maintain, organize, and update employee filing systems and HR records.
  • Assist in organizing and managing employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Update and manage HR databases with accurate employee information, such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacations, and days off. Support leave balance updates and coordination.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for employees as needed.
  • Draft organizational announcements and support internal communications and office correspondence.
  • Arrange travel accommodations, including transportation and flight bookings.
  • Support HR projects such as company events, the Performance Development Process cycle, Training & Development initiatives, and recruitment activities.
