- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate data.
- Address employee queries and ensure a healthy work environment.
- Coordinate performance reviews, training, and development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and labor laws.
