We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Executive to support our HR department in talent acquisition, employee management, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship provides valuable exposure to core HR functions and helps you kickstart your career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Support hiring managers in fulfilling recruitment requirements.
• Maintain accurate applicant data and tracking records.

Employee Management & HR Operations

• Assist in employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Maintain HR records, databases, and documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities, surveys, and events.
• Assist in policy implementation and compliance tracking.
• Help with payroll, attendance, and leave management support.

Learning & Development

• Participate in HR team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Research HR best practices and assist with HR process enhancements.
• Gain exposure to performance management and training initiatives.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR (Human Resources), Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
