  • The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing key day-to-day HR operations and supporting the
  • Human Resource Manager in implementing policies, processes, and compliance requirements. The role involves
  • payroll management, recruitment support, employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the
  • organization.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and
  • onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, systems, and processes.
  • Support induction, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • MBA in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management (preferably in the non-profit or social impact
  • sector).
  • Sound knowledge of HR statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, etc.
  • Proven experience in payroll and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multi-state organizational setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
