- The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing key day-to-day HR operations and supporting the
- Human Resource Manager in implementing policies, processes, and compliance requirements. The role involves
- payroll management, recruitment support, employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the
- organization.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and
- onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, systems, and processes.
- Support induction, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- MBA in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management (preferably in the non-profit or social impact
- sector).
- Sound knowledge of HR statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, etc.
- Proven experience in payroll and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multi-state organizational setup.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
