About the Role:
An opportunity for a motivated HR Executive to join a dynamic consultancy firm. The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle for both clients and internal hiring, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Manage hiring requirements for clients and the firm
  • Maintain and update employee and candidate databases
  • Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates
  • Support HR operations and documentation
  • Achieve recruitment targets and earn performance-based incentives

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources (mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a consultancy company (mandatory)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and HR tools

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (plus attractive incentives based on performance)

Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
