Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Human Resources Executive (Male) to lead and manage all aspects of HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, talent management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. This position requires a strong understanding of human capital management systems and HR best practices to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

Duties

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning and organizational design
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Manage employee orientation, evaluation, performance management, training & development programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity
  • Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and manage HRIS systems like Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or Paychex for accurate data entry and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning
  • Lead change management initiatives and support organizational restructuring efforts
  • Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies
  • Conduct data collection and analysis for HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making
  • Manage HR sourcing activities and social media management for employer branding
  • Oversee payroll processing using systems such as Paylocity or Dayforce and ensure accurate contract administration
  • Facilitate succession planning and talent management initiatives to support long-term organizational growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management with comprehensive knowledge of HRIS systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM
  • Strong understanding of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, training & development, and employee relations
  • Experience with project management tools and platforms such as Lever or Kronos is preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; advanced certifications are a plus
  • Physical ability to perform administrative tasks involving data collection, data entry, and documentation

Pay: ₹53,691.30 - ₹64,660.49 per year
