Human Resources Executive (SEO & SEO Sales)

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Executive who specializes in hiring SEO professionals and SEO sales agents. If you know how to identify high-quality digital talent and want to grow with a fast-moving company, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire SEO Specialists, SEO Sales Agents
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Build effective hiring pipelines for digital marketing and sales teams
• Coordinate HR operations, employee documentation, and onboarding
• Work closely with team leads to understand hiring needs

Requirements

• Proven experience hiring SEO or digital marketing roles
• Experience in recruiting SEO sales agents is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of SEO skills, roles, and terminology
• Excellent communication and candidate evaluation skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at once
