Human Resources & General Affairs Specialist (Staff)

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & GA Specialist (Staff) to support HR operations and general administrative tasks. This role includes recruitment support, employee documentation, office operations, and coordination with vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment requests, and basic facility/maintenance coordination.
  • Handle invoices, payments, vendor communication, and contract-related administrative tasks.
  • Support company events, employee programs, and general office operations.
  • Assist with HR policy updates and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Perform other HR/GA administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred (entry-level acceptable).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS or payroll knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
