Human Resources Generalist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting various HR functions and ensuring that our workforce is managed effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, be proficient in various HRIS systems, and possess excellent communication skills. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will work closely with management and employees to foster a positive work environment and drive organizational success.

Duties

• Manage the recruitment process, including talent acquisition and onboarding of new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilize CBIZ/Time and Attendance systems. Workday for effective workforce management.
• Support change management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Conduct employee training sessions and workshops to promote professional development.
• Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with management on strategic planning related to workforce needs and organizational development.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace issues.

Experience

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role within an HR environment
• Strong understanding of change management principles and workforce management strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making in HR practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
