CTS Health Services is a community mental health services center that specializes in a holistic approach to health and wellness for children, parents, and adults of varying circumstances and mental challenges. We provide one-on-one behavioral interventions for our clients and their support circles to help our clients navigate through life within their community at their highest level.

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented HR/Administrative professional to support agency operations, ensure compliance, and help maintain a positive and efficient workplace. This role involves administrative coordination, HR support, compliance oversight, and effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities of a Human Resources Generalist:
  • Streamline and maintain HR systems, procedures, and records.

  • Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and evaluations.

  • Ensure compliance with federal/state HR regulations, Medicaid standards, and CARF requirements.

  • Conduct and support investigations, recordkeeping, exit interviews, and performance improvement efforts.

  • Collaborate across departments, communicate effectively, and assist with resolving administrative or staff concerns.

  • Participate in meetings, report concerns promptly, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications of a Human Resources Generalist:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required bachelor’s degree preferred

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration, including demonstrated leadership.

  • Familiarity with operational, financial, quality assurance, and human resource procedures and regulations is a must.

  • Successfully pass criminal records check, finger printing, and HCPR check as a prerequisite for employment consideration.

  • Must have reliable transportation, maintain required level of vehicle insurance and valid driver’s license.

  • Must be willing to travel (as needed, 5%)
