Job Title: HR Generalist (Male)

Location: Chennai – Hotel Industry
Experience: 1+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & onboarding support
• Attendance & payroll coordination
• Employee engagement activities
• Handling HR documentation and compliance
• Supporting training & development
• Assisting HR operations and grievance handling

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in HR
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and MS Office
• Willing to work in hotel industry environment

Salary: 18,000 to 20,000
