Position Summary:
STATS ChipPAC is looking for a HR Generalist who is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment and supporting core HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract top talent, ensure a smooth hiring process, and contribute to broader HR initiatives, including onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, and HR program administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to balance recruitment priorities with day-to-day HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
· Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job scoping, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding.
· Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring criteria, and selection strategies.
· Source candidates using multiple channels: job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks, and proactive outreach.
· Maintain strong candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and professional interactions throughout the process.
· Coordinate interview schedules, onsite interviews, and candidate assessments.
· Prepare offer letters, negotiate compensation within guidelines, and facilitate background checks.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Support
· Conduct new hire onboarding, orientation sessions, and ensure timely completion of required documents.
· Maintain HRIS employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
· Support HR processes including performance reviews, merit cycles, promotions, and organizational updates.
· Assist with employee relations by documenting issues, escalating concerns, and providing guidance where appropriate.
· Administer employee benefits: enrollments, changes, claims questions, and communication with vendors.
· Support compliance activities including I-9 verification, audits, policy updates, and labor law postings.
· Participate in HR projects such as engagement surveys, wellness programs, training sessions, and company events.
