Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and induction programs for new hires across locations.

Releasing offers, ensuring documentation for onboarding.

Organize and facilitate soft skills and behavioural training sessions to enhance employee effectiveness.

Support in Learning & Development initiatives – training need analysis, scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and maintaining records.

Create, circulate, and analyse employee engagement and training feedback surveys using online tools (e.g., Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, MS Forms).

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

Maintain onboarding and training MIS reports and prepare periodic dashboards for management review.

Assist in designing and updating induction materials, training content, and employee communication.

Actively contribute to building a positive and engaging work culture through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
